Dear Ed,
You're a hoot and pleasure to speak with!
I know it hasn't rained yet and the wind hasn't howled, but the Installation job you performed replacing my bulkhead on Wednesday June 16th was just amazing to watch. The care you took to keep my property neat and clean was awesome, let alone how methodical you were in going through the entire removal and replacement process.
Our cedar clapboard siding still looks great and I'm sorry we both lost sleep over it. On a phone call you came out and gave me a quote and when I told you to go ahead and schedule the job, you came out weeks in advance to finish the work without even meeting me or my wife.
You're a gentleman true to your word, I wish there were more people out there in business just like you. It's an honor and a pleasure to have met you and to have done business with you.
